Emerald Oil is our original develompent product by two talked-about materials ; JAS Organic certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Mediterranean region and Shikuwasa (Japanese citrus fruit) from Okinawa.
Olive oil is juice from Olive fruits, whcih contain Oleic Acid. Among citrus fruits, it's famous that Shikuwasa contains more Nobiletin (one of Plyphenols). We blended these two materials.
You can use it for daily diet, for example, for salad, fish, meat, etc.
