PORKUS, a red wine made from 100% tempranillo is produced in Rioja where is one of known wine-producing area.
It's beautiful ruby red color reminds of slice of Jamon Iberico de bellota. Not only match of color, their synchronization is perfect. The rich fragrance of aged Jamon Iberico de bellota blends in flavor which reminds of vanilla and slight leather.
It's smoothness and appropriate tannin compliments each other with Jamon Iberico.

DADOS is a white wine made from 100% Verdejo, a representing varietal of Spanish white wine.
It's aroma reminds of mineral and slightly spicy herb perfectly complement each other with Jamon Serrano. While it's smoothness, it has comfortable bitterness so that accordance with relatively young aged ham (Jamon Serrano, Jamon Iberico de Cebo etc.) is perfect.

DAMALISCO D.O. TORO
DAMALISCO is a red wine made from 100% "Tinta de Toro". "Tinta de Toro" is basically same varietal as Tempranillo, but Toro's terroir adds special characteristics to it. Damalisco has more elegant tones than the standard red wine from Toro. Cherry red with purple tones. Intense wild fruits, with spices and balsamic tones. The tannins are juicy and soft.
