Jambon Foods has been established in 1991 as a factory, specializing in manufacturing cured ham. It is located in Kirishima mountains: the Nature around the factory is unbelievable.
We have started by making the pork loin fumee, jambon fumee and cured bacon, according to the French traditional methods. Also, we used many original recipes to make the Japanese cured ham. Now, all these products are sold throughout Japan.
Another idea was to create cured ham, which can be easily used by anyone ? The result is the cured ham and cured bacon for topping, great success among young women, who used the topping for pasta, salads and pizzas.
Our slogan is to make clean, safe, tasty, high-quality products! We also never stop searching and thinking of developing new products.
