Prosciutto was selected as one of the TOP 100 products by Gambero Rosso!
F.lli Galloni S.p.A.'s Parma Prosciutto Gold Label D.O.P Barrique (aged in wine barrels) has been selected as one of the TOP 100 products for Gambero Rosso 2021. This is the third year won this award, following last year's Parma Prosciutto Gold Label(aged 24 months)!
Parma Prosciutto Gold Label D.O.P Barrique (Aged in Wine Barrels) has been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 4 months in the same barrels used to age the Nebbiolo grapes until become wine. It was recognized as an innovative product created by Galloni, a company that carries on the traditional method of making Prosciutto by the hands of craftsmen. Chef Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy), who was selected as one of the best restaurants in the world, is also a fan of Galloni's Prosciutto.
