These processed product is made by tomatoes from Fragassi Farm mainly.
Abruzzo are surrounded by mountains and the sea, thore is in natures, and there is huge love from Mr. Fragassi.
Specially, the Pera d'Abruzzo is an ancient tomato from Abruzzo that was grown in only for personal use, but Mr. Fragassi revived with the association for commarcial use.
The harvest is very limited. Some of the chefs are loved it, because of the rich and sweet taste tomato that weights 500g ~ 1kg.
