- Volpi's 12months cured prosciutto produced by traditional Italian method, which is inherited for 120 years at Italian immigrated family in USA.

- Molinaro's Milano salmai produced by the recipe handed down by Italian craftsmen to Austrian family. The recipe is handed over for 5 generations.
