This is spin coater made of resin.
General spin coaters made of stainless steel might cause problems with metal contamination, chemical resistance, cleaning time. However, POLOS does not suffer from these problems.
It has advantages to use for multiple purposes such as resist coating, etching, cleaning, etc..
