Cryo Compressor Repair / Maintenance / Overhaul

We repair cryo compressor in reasonable cost. We have exchangeable units for some models in order to respond to sudden crash of compressors and also make lead-time shorter.

Typical cause of failure

• Insulation failure of motor : Irreparable.
• Water leakage of cooling water from water line : Irreparable depends on location.
  (In the event of influx of cooling water into motor inside, it is impossible to repair)
• Helium leakage : Leakage from inside of water line is irreparable.
• Power supply circuit breaker : Burnout of P/S plug is irreparable.

*Repair request related to Helium or water leakage is relatively high.
