1970 Founded at Akasaka Tokyo. The Founder Shin Ikeda was appointed as the President.
1970 Started Machinaly business
1975 Started sputtering target business for microelectronics industry.
1977 Establish "Gascoigne KYODO" a joint venture with Gascoigne United Kingdom as an import and distribution arm of machinery for livestock breeding.
1980 Relocate head office to Minami-Aoyama Tokyo.
1982 Relocate head office to Tsuchihashi Kawasaki (Current location of Manufacturing Center)
1982 Started Food business
1982 Dissolution of Gascoigne KYODO.
1984 Appointed the exclusive distributor of E/G ELECTROGRAPH U.S.A.
1985 Install facility of sputtering machine SEM etc. and started micro fabrication foundry service.
1989 Establish Tohoku Sales Office at Takizawamura Morioka
1991 Establish dedicated factory of cured ham production "Jambon Foods Corporation" at Miyakonojyo Miyazaki
1993 Relocate head office to Miyazaki Kawasaki.
1997 In connection with government lifting its ban of importing Italian prosciutto and salami appointed as the exclusive distributor of Galloni and Villani Italy.
1999 Develop an unique dry ice blast cleaning system "SUPERBLAST" and launch onto the market.
2000 Establish Techno Center in Asao Kawasaki as the dedicated facility and R&D center for nano-micro fabrication.
2001 In connection with government lifting its ban of importing Spanish Jamon and salami appointed as the exclusive distributor of Espuna Spain.
2004 Started Life Sience business.
2005 Establish dedicated slice and pack factory of cured ham "Kyodo Delica" at Tsuzuki Yokohama.
2006 Kenshin Ikeda was appointed as the President & CEO.
2006 Establish partnership with Silex microsystems Sweden for MEMS production and development.
2006 Acquisition of ISO 14001 certification
2007 Establish partnership with A*STAR. Singapore for nanoimprint research and development.
2009 Start distribution of pork meat and products of PICK Hungary.
2012 Acquire Cortibuono Trading Inc. as a subsidiary.
2012 Establish Innovation Center in Saiwai Kawasaki for academic-industrial alliance.
2015 Merger with Coltibuono Trading Inc.
2019 Consolidate and relocate Kawasaki Techno Center and Kawasaki Innovation Center to Techno Innovation Center  .
2020 50th Anniversary of foundation
2021 Acquisition of ISO 9001 certification
2021  Our subsidiary, Kyodo Delica Corporation, acquired certification assessment of JFS-B Standard, a food safety management standard developed and operated by the Japan Food Safety Management Association (JFSM).
2022  Establish partnership with GUTC (Grade Upon Technology Corp.),Taiwan for IoT system integration and implementation.
