Basic policy on information security

We have responded to the needs of our customers with the core business of four different industries: electronics, machinery, food, and life sciences.

In order to provide products and services that satisfy our customers, we have established a basic policy on information security to protect our information assets in an advanced information society from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to develop the trust of our customers and the society.

We will set the guidelines for our information security efforts. Below are the guidelines for our information security:

  1. Establishment of the internal structure and information security policy
    We have established the necessary management system for maintaining and improving security. We have defined the necessary information security measures, as a formal rule of the company.
  2. Leadership responsibilities and continuous improvement
    By complying with this policy, we will lead the proper management of information assets of both customers and our company.
  3. Compliance with laws, regulations and contractual requirements
    We will continue to comply with laws, regulations and contractual requirements. Our employees comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual security requirements related to information assets used in business activities.
  4. Employee Initiatives
    Our employees have acquired the knowledge and skills required to maintain and improve information security and we ensure their commitment to information security.
  5. Dealing with violations and accidents
    We have established a system for responding to information security incidents and violations of information security related laws, regulations,norms, and customer contracts and thereby reducing the impact of violations and accidents.
