During students' class experiment,DNA had been extracted from saliva, which resulted in ACTN3 gene and ALDH2 gene being determined by PCR.

All the students were able to extract DNA from a tiny quantity of saliva for a short period of time. The merit of being able to observe the thread of the ethanol precipitation is really great.
