Microbial Collection and Stabilization Kits : OMNIgene®·SKIN

(1) Remove the swab from the packaging using the handle.
Locate the Wetting solution tube and carefully remove the blue cap. Immerse the entire swab tip into the Wetting solution. Discard any remaining Wetting solution and tube. Immediately proceed to step 4 to avoid letting the swab dry.

(2) To ensure a successful collection, apply generous pressure on the swab tip. Using a back and forth motion, rub the entire area to be sampled for a total of 60 seconds, rotating the swab at least once.

(3) While holding the swab handle in one hand, carefully unscrew the white cap from the OMNIgene collection tube.
