Oxygen controller ProOx110
Oxygen controller create hypoxia and hyperoxia condition for various research experiment of cell, animal and plant. The equipment control oxygen level in chamber and incubator, which is semi-sealed. The oxygen sensor measuer the oxygen level in the chamber and incubator and it supply nitrogen gas for low oxygen and oxygen gas for high oxgen. The oxygen control range is between 0.1%-99.9%. The optional equipment we can offer make it reduce the gas consumption and come ture the application which is never before possible.

There are various experiment applications for not only cell and animal but also bacteria and plant.

Application example 1 : [Cell Culture] Create hypoxia or hyperoxya condition in incubator.

Just add on oxygen controller ProOx110 to CO2 incubator and controll oxygen level in it.

Because we can use existing incubator, we don't have to get new incubator or secure a place for it. If you want to control large incubator, we recommend to use oxgen controller ProOx 360.

Application example 2 : [Cell Culture] Create hypoxia or hyperoxya condition in a part of incubator. Reduce gas cunsumption and need more precise oxygen control.

When we use ProOx in conjunction with C-chamber, it can reduce gas consumption and cotrol oxygenelevel more precisely because the volume of chamber is smaller. Especially, if you want to create lower oxygen, less than 1%, we rcommend to use C-chamber, too.

It is possible to put multiple C-chamber in incubator and control them simultaneously. We can control CO2 level by ProCO2 as well. The control CO2 range is 0.1~20.0%.

Application example 4 : [Cell Culture] Long term cell culture without exposing atmosphere

When we have to take culture dishes from multi gas incubator to chage media and add regent to media during cell cultivation, cells will be exposed to atomosphere and environment around cell will be changed dramatically. We propose to use C-shuttle or Xvivo, if the environment around cells shold not be changed.

It’s troublesome to replace N2 gas cylinders

Nitrogen generator, which allow production of high-purity nitrogen from air, avoide the trouble of havint to exchang gas cylinders.

ProCO2-PPM is off-gas controller, which keeps CO2 level (0~9999ppm) from rising in animal chamber. Once setting controller, it provides animal chamber with dry-air to keep CO2 level lower than set point. It can be used with Oxygen controller ProOx.
