What's "Chamlide"?
Chamlide offers culture chamber, incubator system for high magnification microscopy, and peripheral equipment necessary for the Live Cell Imaging (Time lapse Imaging, etc).

What's "Culture Chamber"? -- uses a magnet for quick setting
Prevents the breaking of the cover slip and the leaking of medium

The culture chamber is autoclavable and, as such, can be reused many times.
Also, it is extremely economical when compared to expensive and non-reusable commercial dishes and chambers.

Microscope Incubator Stage-top Incubator System T

Stage-top Incubator System T is an integrated system maintains all essential requiremnts in cultivation and observation of living cells on microscope for the purpose of ‘happiness for the cells and success for researchers’.
It provides cell-friendly environment conditions including optimized temperature, humidity, pH-value and gas concentration for a long-term live cell imaging.
Stage top type Incubator for microscopy
- Available with various chamber including 35mm culture dishes and multi-well plate
- Temperature of main body, incubator cover, humidifier, lens warmer and gas concentration is controllable and recordable by CCP(Computer Controlled Program) software
- Gas gradients are programmable by CCP software

Components

Incubator
- Maintains an optimal condition including temperature, pH, humidity and CO2 concentration for cell growth
- Generates uniform heat by incubator cover and main body
- Cover is composed of high transparent dual-layer glass; heating glass & reinforced glass
- Body is compatible with all types of culture dishes and multi-well plates
- Composed with the whole-opening in main body is compatible with multi-well plates when using high NA(Numerical Aperture) objectives
- Provides uniform temperature distribution in well plate(±0.1~0.3℃between wells)

Controller
- Utilizes PID Control maintains the temperature of all heating parts including incubator cover, incubator main body, humidifier and lens watmer
- Adjusts the flow rate and gas concentration
- Supplies O2,CO2 and N2 depend on gas mixer

Humidifier
- Keeps saturated humidity in the incubator
- Maintains osmolality of medium by preventing evaporation
- Flows humid gas into the incubator

Lens-warmer
- Helps to keep temperature of the immersion objective lens for high-resolution imaging
- Uses magnetic attachment technique prevents cord breakage by tangling or over tension
- Fits all types of objectives
- With specialized silicon heater wraps the lens without gap

Remote Touch Pad
- Controls system and all parameters by smart phone and other devices
- Provides on line troubleshooting
- Uses GUI(Graphical user interface) with intuitive and easy control
Collaboration system with 3D Culture Well plate allowing spheroids culture.
Incubators for ASI Piezo Z stage, LUDL, and PI Piezo stages are also available.
