Volpi's prosciutto heritage 18months cured whole type is launched.
It is made from a rare ancient breed call heritage pig, which is produced by traditional Italian recipe.

 

It is made by carefully salting fresh pork by hand, with consideration given to the environment in which the pigs are raised, using traditional methods that have been passed down for 120 years across four generations from Milan, Italy. No sodium nitrite or potassium nitrate is used.
