Test wafers, Dummy wafers	2" - 12" Si wafers, which are manufactured by CZ method (FZ is obtainable upon request) are available. Not only the standard type, but also the customized type is ready to meet customers' specific requirements.
Glass substrate	quartz,coating 1737, pyrex, soda materials, all types of glass substrate are available. We can give you an offer, which suits your need for size and number.
SOI wafers	We are possible to supply the SOI wafers to meet customer's specific application.
Various test wafers	We are able to distribute wafers with various films (SiO, SiN, TEOS, TiN, Poly-Si, Low-k, etc) and TEG pattern wafers.
