PDMS, the abbreviated version of polydimethylsiloxane, is a silicon resin type. It is a material, which has high transparency and is offered at low price. As far as chip manufacturing is concerned, we use Si mold or resist mold and make transcripts.

It is possible to process different kinds of materials: COC,PET and acrylic are common ones, from which we can make specific, biocompatible resins and so on.
