ISO14001

Result of surveillance after 7 years since acquisition of "ISO14001" certification.

On 29th, September 2004, we received the International Environmental Management Certificate from Japan Audit and Certification Organization for Environment and Quality (JACO). On the 26th of July, 2011, we had gone through the seventh yearly surveillance audit. There was no critical indication and the efficiency of our environment management system was clarified. We hereby announce that we are acknowledged to maintain our certification. The adoption proves that we runs environment management system smoothly so that we look forward to be officially certified at Japan Audit and Certification Organization's screening committee in September. We all are willing to improve conscious of environment more than ever toward the audit for renewal in next year.

ISO14001 is an international regulation system, which is trying to decrease the load on the environment as much as possible, always considering the environment's preservation. The environmental policy, we have in Kyodo International, is showing our thoughts, attitude and intentions towards the environment. We will continue to try to control and decrease the load on the environment even more through our business activities. Still, together with the environmentally beneficial integrity and the results of our business activities, we would like to continue our contribution to society by keeping and constantly improving our pro- environment protection actions.

Our mission is to harmonize environment conservation and our business activity, being always active and diligent in environment preservation, offering products that are always in unison with the environment and thus contribute to society.

1. We shall work on offering environment-conscious products.
2. We shall keep up continuous improvement of the system and endeavor to prevent environmental pollution.
3. We shall follow law regulations in regard to the environment and the rest of the agreed conditions and do our best to prevent environment pollution.
4. We shall execute environment conservation activities based on our environmental policy, endeavor to achieve environmental goal and objective and review periodically.
5. We shall execute more recycling, less waste, less energy consumption and less resource consumption.
6. We shall make all our employees to be aware of this policy. We shall disclose it to the public.
